Vitafusion Vitamin D3 Gummy Vitamins 150 Count Bone and Immune System Support

Vitafusion is my favorite vitamin company because all of their gummies are tasty. I used to gag trying to get down vitamin pills. These taste like gummy candy are are super easy to swallow. Never get an upset stomach like I used to with pills either. Highly recommend.

These gummy vitamins were touted as being very tasty, and they are. Not sure what really happens when you take them but don't let the great taste fool you, their supplements not candy. Taking too many (it's recommended on the bottle instructions that you take two a day) may have serious side effects. There are sites that can recommend the appropriate dosage for your age. But you can also consult with your pharmacist or primary physician. So good stuff...but be careful!

These are tasty, don’t have nasty ingredients and more importantly, work. I was feeling low. Didn’t help being cooped up during winter months. Each gummy has 1,000 mg and that’s all it took for me to perk up. I was D3 deficient. The recommended dose is 2,000 mg daily but I don’t need it. I’ve heard that D3 gummies absorb better and they work. I’d recommend.

Not sure why but the orange ones taste really bad. I know they changed this product bc they used to all clump together before. They don't clump any more, but they need to do some with the taste of the orange. Yuck

My teenage daughters have taken this vitamin D gummy for a year since they were diagnosed with Vit D deficiency. They take it every day without being told because it tastes good. One of them recently had her blood work and she no longer has the deficiency.
