We have incorporated these Magnesium gummies into our children's daily vitamin regimen to help with easier bowel movements. We have seen less accident after using these regularly. They also taste great!

My kids (11 and 9) need help winding down, as a lot of kids do these days. Screens off, chilling out before bed, no sugar, etc and still it takes them time to fall asleep. My 4 year old loves the taste and it didn't seen to calm her down before bed but she did sleep great once she got to sleep. We've had horrible bedtime issues and nightmares at night. Love this brand. We use their Melatonin gummies for our daughter also.

I like that theyre fruity. Because theyre sweet. I like them because they have a beautiful color. I want to see pictures of costumes of Disney villains. For real, we love these and have purchased several bottles over the past year. They help to keep our toddler pooping on the regular, and weve noticed an improvement in his sleep onset. He calls them his sparkly vitamins, and theyre a loved part of our nighttime routine.

Great Magnesium gummies! I bought these gummies for my 2,5 y.o. toddler to help with sleep and bowl movements. She is definitely sleeping better. It also seems to me that shes more relaxed in general, even though its hard to make such a conclusion about a toddler as their mood changes about a hundred times a day - but yes, I think these gummies have a mild calming effect. As for BM, not sure if it works for her, maybe she needs a higher dosage (this gummy is 100mg), but I dont want to give her too much as for her age the recommended dose is 80-100 mg. (Side note: I myself, a 39yo adult, use magnesium in capsule form to help me with #2 and it works really well for me; it especially helped me with pregnancy constipation). My LO gets one gummy daily (or a bit less, I cut it in smaller pieces and give her about 80mg), but she still doesnt poop every day. (Sorry, TMI: Although when she does, the poop is soft.) Overall, this is a great supplement. My little one really loves the taste and is looking forward to taking her gummies (around bath time, each day). One (tiny) con: the size is quite big, but its not a deal breaker as a gummy can be easily cut into smaller pieces, and my LO doesnt mind (she thinks shes getting more that way ??????).
