This comprehensive thyroid support formula contains vitamins, minerals and herbal extracts to nourish and support thyroid gland function. Healthy vitamin A, vitamin D, zinc and selenium status have been associated with maintaining healthy thyroid cell metabolism as well as triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4) hormone function. Iodine and l-tyrosine are key components in the synthesis of thyroid hormones. Coleus extract contains forskolin, which has been shown to promote adenylate cyclase activity, supporting thyroid hormone metabolism. Research indicates that ashwagandha and guggul are also key factors for helping to sustain healthy thyroid function. Vitamins A and C, along with selenium, guggul and curcumin, help moderate free radicals that affect iodothyronine 5’-monodeiodinase enzyme activity, the limiting factor in the conversion of T4 to the more active T3 hormone.*

EFFECTIVE!

Expensive but free of preservatives, dyes, soy, wheat & dairy. Outstanding combination of vitamins but I wish it was less expensive and contained B12 & D3. If you're hypothyroid or have Hashi's, expect this to lower your TPO. Feeling bloated can be a common side effect, pills are capsules & large. By comparison, it's superior to most other brands. Hope this review helps you, I recommend it!

Great Product

This supplement makes me feel normal again! I highly recommend this if you have noticed you metabolism slowing as you get older and are starting through the female change. I also tried to find a thyroid supplement that did not have a 1500% or more daily value of certain B(12) vitamins and this brand was one of the only blends that doesn't have this! (I take a B-complex daily that has ALL the B vitamins in a more reasonable percentage.) I don't know of many that NEED that much B(12) vitamin as a supplement so I appreciate that there is at least this one brand that caters to this notion.

I like and trust Pure Encapsulations, but this product did absolutely nothing for me. Maybe my thyroid didnt actually need anything in this?

Smelly

I purchased these vitamins because Ive used other Pure Encapsulation products and liked the quality. However, these smell horrible-rotten egg smell, like sulphur. Not sure if this is to be expected?
