Seems Helpful.

I can't judge ingredient quality and the capsules have no flavor that I detect. My sense is that my nitric oxide level is up as evidenced by how I feel as I work out, plus I'm pushing/lifting more weight I'm old, have lung and artery issues, taking thinking that I'm going to get some benefit. I've seen no remarkable change in any of the numbers from my semi-annual blood workups, so it there doesn't appear to be any harm by taking this supplement.
