Life saver!

I'm 36, diagnosed with perimenopause. I have irregular periods and the awful hot flashes. After about a week taking the pills I noticed I wasn't getting the hot flashes as bad. It's almost been a month now and the flashes are literally unnoticeable. This is a miracle! It's too soon to say if the pills will have any effect on my regulating my period but I am grateful and very pleased so far.

Worked for female issues

Cleared my hormonal acne!

This product, along with 100 mg DIM, has cleared up hormonal acne that I've been experiencing the last couple of years. I noticed improvement after just a couple of weeks- amazingly. I feel so much better overall. If you have estrogen dominance, these supplements are game changers. I just wish I'd started them earlier!

Brought back my period

Super thankful to have found this supplement. I hadnt had a period since May. Started taking one at night on Oct 13th and just got my period today Oct 23rd. I was previously put on progesterone by my doctor to help induce periods but unfortunately my insurance stoped covering my visits and I couldnt continue the meds. This works just as well if not better, definitely faster.

Not good for me.

This made me sweat and feel like I was buring up from the inside out. I had to sit infront of a fan all day. Major anxiety and heart palpitations and heart burn. I wanted this to help with estrogen dominance. I know everyone is different, and I'm not normally sensitive, it's hard to find the right thing for my body.
