Works well!

After 40 years of working in dentistry, my hands are pretty much fried. Before I started taking this supplement I had intense pain most days and was considering cortizone shots. This supplement has been so helpful for me. I have a lot less pain, don't even notice it some days. I have not dropped everything I pick up lately and have had some strength return. I was wearing thumb/wrist braces every night when I went to bed. Now I only have to wear them if I have been over using my hands all day with yard work, painting walls, cleaning house, etc, etc. I have other products from this company and think they are very high quality. I have recommended this supplement to many friends in the dental field.

It Seems to Work!

I had tendonitis in both feet brought on by being on my feet for long hours, and MSG in takeout food. I developed a knee strain from compensating for the foot that was worse than the other. The last time something this happened, I was in pain and hobbling around for several weeks. We lived in a single-story home then, but are now in a split-level with two sets of stairs. This product probably cut my recovery time in half (at least). Last week, I was pulling myself up the stairs, grumbling the entire way. Today, I'm back to doing yardwork, walking the dog, and resurfacing the driveway. Good stuff, Maynard.

Runner with torn meniscus

I have been taking this product for 3 years. It was recommended by my Acupuncturist who I see weekly for tune ups and to help me with issues encountered with running. I have a torn meniscus and chose to let it heal on its own with help from acupuncture and vitamins. Ligament Restore has been a huge help in this process of getting me back out to run. I like the natural properties of the product and see a huge difference when I stop taking it so I try not to do that too often!. I take it daily in most cases. It does not hurt my stomach and I store it in the refrigerator as instructed on the bottle. Hope this helps...
