Vitamin C, zinc, copper, manganese and silica are integral collagen and keratin cofactors, promoting skin elasticity. Optimal levels of these nutrients, as well as folate, have been associated with healthy hair, skin, and nails. PureWay-C®, a rapidly absorbed enhanced retention vitamin C, supports skin resiliency and helps counter the effects of oxidative stress along with sustained-release CoQ10 complex. Niacinamide and zinc promote immune function in the skin. The proanthocyanidins in grape seed extract help to stabilize collagen and elastin by moderating the proteolytic enzymes collagenase and elastase.

Clinical studies indicate that biotin may help reinforce the keratin structure of the nails, promoting strength and thickness. PABA supports the appearance of healthy hair through its effects on melanin metabolism. Amazing

I have only been taking a few days and can tell a huge difference I stopped doing Botox and winter hit my skin was thin dry and horrible took this for three days and skin is glow yams starting to plump! Will definitely be buying this again and again!!

Be careful; pre-check all the ingredients before purchasing

After a week of taking this supplement, I noticed that the fingers on my right hand started to twitch randomly but easily for a few minutes at a time. After three days of this, I stopped taking this supplement and made a doctors appointment. Within 24 hours, the twitching stopped. At the doctors appointment a few days later, I showed the bottle to the physician's assistant, who then said that some people react negatively to the niacinamide. Suffice to say, recommend that you independently research the ingredients before trying.

Great nutrition/ hard to swallow

This is a great nutritional supplement Anna my nails have improved! Please please redesign the capsules!!! They are too big and get stuck-Ive never had difficulty swallowing supplements but these are almost scary in terms of a choking hazard. Im starting to add them to smoothies instead. A more affordable price would be great as well.

I love the ingredients

I really wanted to continue using these capsules and would give them a 5 star but the price is prohibited and I cant get them so Ill change to another product. Ive only used them for a month. I went to re-order and Amazon is out of them. I tried the website and could not add myself as a customer and what is really upsetting is they increased their price so I can no longer afford them.

Worst migraine of my life

I took one pill every day for about 3 weeks and I started to feel off so I stopped taking it. Two days after I stopped taking it, I had a blinding migraine with aura for two whole days and a headache into the third day. This was the only change in my routine over this time so Im guessing its the culprit.
