These are not expired!!! The date is a date of manufacture Great supplement for those with low zinc

The date on the bottle is the date of manufacture, not the expiration date. These are good for 3 years from that date at least. This product includes a very large dose of Zinc, around 50mg per capsule. This is probably too large a dose for everyone to take on a daily basis, but some people with low zinc are supposed to take 50mg per day, so this is the product for them. For others, you can take a capsule every other day, or even every third day, and this is a more appropriate dose for someone with good zinc levels who is just trying to prevent low zinc.
