Very had to swallow even when broken in half

Not sure I'm seeing any benefits. The tablet is difficult to swallow. Maybe two smaller tablets would be better..

I was not a believer in probiotics until I used this product after a friend recommended it. This works, it definitely helped my digestive issues!

Made me SICK

After reading about it in the Maker's diet, I was convinced this was going to be helpful to my digestive issues. It was NOT. I started slow with one "caplet" a day.. fora few days. Then I increased to two... Then finally I did 3 in one day. The next day I was in SEVERE intestinal pain and wanted to believe it was supposed "die off" symptoms... But decided to research Primal Defense and bad reactions. Lol and behold I find out there are some soil based organisms that are NOT normally found in the gut that are IN Primal Defense. They can actually be dangerous and cause long term harm! So now I hope God will have mercy on my ignorance... Because I am still recovering from this mistake.
