Whole food prenatals

I used to work in a natural medicine clinic and when I got pregnant, these are what they gave me (of several choices). I was told they are top of the line and the most bioavailable (your body can absorb the most) prenatal we knew of

Tastes bad & includes vitamin d

Really wish I could find a prenatal vitamin that I didn't have to take twenty of which also doesn't taste like crap & include synthetic vitamin d which depletes our vitamin k. Oh well.. guess I'll keep looking

Great prenatal

My holistic practitioner recommended this formula and I highly recommend it. I feel it gives me a boost of energy and it's reassuring to know that many of the vitamins are derived from whole food ingredients to support optimal absorption. It's also good to see choline in a prenatal, which is important but not always present. The only downsides are that they are pricey and you will need to ensure you get calcium and DHA from another source.

A very complete prenatal

The prenatal is very complete and I didn’t throw up. However, I felt it gave me gas during the first trimester, it’s getting better now that I’m in the second trimester but it’s still gives me slightly bloated feeling.

Total trash prenatals now

These prenatals are total trash now. Used to be some of the best you could get, but recently the company got sold and bought out, and now they are the same as all the other terrible synthetic vitamins. They just have synthetics mixed with small amounts of whole food ingredients so they can hoodwink people into thinking they are getting whole food sourced vitamins. No one should buy these. If you want terrible synthetic prenatals, you can get them for MUCH cheaper from other places. Extremely unhappy with these prenatals
