Helps Keep Me In My Zone

Pros: Organic Supports Cognitive Heath Supports Mood Increased Energy Levels Increased Immunity Cons: None What I received in the package: 1 x Bottle of DR MERCOLA Rhodiola Extract This DR MERCOLA Rhodiola Extract product comes in a 30-Tablet bottle. I learned about this supplement from a friend to help me with my mood swings and general well being. I always try to go natural and homeopathic when I can. Organic is always nice as well. I did some research on this extract and found that it had some very positive reports. I have taken a lot of different supplements for a lot of different reasons. Mostly because I try to stay away from chemical medications. I dont suffer from anything that I know of but I do get stressed from work, etc and sometimes I take that home with me. From the time I started this pill regiment. I knew this was going to be a game changer for me. This product settled me into my usual casual, easy going mood I am normally in. But I was just getting off work and trying to deal with not taking it home with me. I take this about 2 hours before I get off work every afternoon. I feel like I do get a sense of well being and calm. It works on me like I would assume a anti-depressant would be its natural. I appreciate you taking the time to read this. All in all, this is one time that I can actually feel a supplement actually working. Most times, it is very subtle or not noticeable. Good quality, not a great flavor, but it does what it's supposed to do. Nice start to the day.

Wake me up

First few day i took this afternoon and it make me cant sleep, so i change to take it in the morning after meal, it could wake me for the rest of the day. After since i only take it when i feel weak in the morning. I suggest to swallow instead coz it dont taste good at all.

Nice, chewable form of Rhodiola

I have been taking this for about 1 week and I do note an increased sense of well-being. I like that it's in a chewable form - it's a nice change, as I take a couple other supplements that are pills to swallow. The taste isn't pleasant but isn't particularly unpleasant either - I don't mind taking it at all. It does tend to be a bit chewy and get stuck in my teeth, but eventually it all goes down. I trust the Dr. Mercola brand, as opposed to many brands where you don't quite know who is behind them.

Good Product but Pricey

Rhodiola has a great deal of benefits and this seems to be a good product but there are only 30 tablets in the bottle. I have seen other brands with 60 tabs for the same price. I'm not sure if there is something that makes these better. The tablets are very large but they are chewable. You still need to wash them down with water because they don't taste very good.
