MegaFood Calcium and Magnesium

What I dont like is that pill is a little too big I wish you guys have a smaller one because every time I take it get stuck in my throat.

I love megafood and tried these because the Bone Health seem to be unavailable. They are huge pills with sharp edges. They scrape going down & get stuck until i drink more. I do think they are good once they're down. I realize calcium & magnesium are bulky in a supp so i am trying to get used to them. Pic shows this pill on left next to 2 other megafood supps on right.

After reading the information how well this product was supposed to work N the lady who actually created the product they did not work for me they may work for someone else and for the cost they shouldve worked.

Been using for years. Take for strong bones. It has worked well.

I have had this for couple of days so no results expected yet;.But the dispenser top is useless. Had to pull it out with tweezers !Buy the time you find the que tip the product drips everywhere! Assumed it was a squeeze bottle or roll on. Heavy medicinal smell and tiny quantity not helpfull. But will report back from 71 year old with neck pimples. Tnx for reading.
