Inactive Ingredients: Citric acid, Lactose, Organic Lemon flavor with other natural flavors, Magnesium stearate, Organic Stevia.

Directions: For max absorption dissolve under tongue. Can be chewed and swallowed. Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets per 24 hours. Children 4 to 11 years: 1-2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets per 24 hours. For children under 4 years, consult your health professional.

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist or worsen, a health professional should be consulted. Do not use if known sensitivity to ReBoost™ or any of its ingredients exists.

A solid immune booster

There are many options out there for an emergency boost when you feel like you're coming down with something, but don't skip over this one! The flavor is not strongly acidic like the most well known option out there. I'm referring to Airborne. This one has a very mild flavor and you can place 2 tablets (adults) under your tongue or just chew them once every 4 hours. I recently had a couple of nights where I didn't get much sleep and my throat was sore after that. I opted to use these. I hadn't necessarily slept too much better before these started helping. It has Zinc too, so it can help shorten/lessen cold symptoms theoretically. I like it more than airborne (even the gummies), as it is my new go to. 5 stars

Homeopathic junk

I do believe that zinc can be effective in fighting colds if taken early enough. However, I ordered this not realizing that it was homeopathic doses. IMHO that makes this product junk.
