methylated is better absorbed for SNPs people or everyone

These are SO DELICIOUS. Better: these absorb quickly. If you are in a third of the population with gene SNPs for less awesome methylation you'll want these. I no longer need b12 injections

I am post bariatric and MTHFR. These are maintaining my B12 - first time ever an oral B12 has been able to do that

Make sure you know that you will be charged again and again

I did not realize that I had inadvertently signed up for more product each month at a charge to my account. I was able to get out of that but didn't notice until we received the second bottle that I had ordered.
