Not 100% Curcumin

Only part of the capsule is 95% pure curcum, the rest is spice grade turmeric.

Be careful! Can cause anemia

I took this product daily for about 2 years. I noticed that it made a small difference with my pain, especially in the beginning, but then I went gluten free and my pain became a non issue. The entire two years, I was struggling with iron deficiency and anemia. I googled it, and it turns out that studies are starting to show that curcumin binds to iron and blocks its absorption. If you struggle with iron deficiency, do not take this!

I have used this daily for 2 years. It help me with joint pain. I also supplement with collagen. Your mileage may vary.
