Improved blood sugar numbers type 2

Within a few days my blood sugar numbers have significantly improved from 170s to 115 - 130. Ive also tried to improve my diet as well. But very pleased with the results and will continue to use this supplement at the advice of a teacher.

Taste is FOUL

Switched over to this from a previous turmeric/resveratrol supplement that was actually pleasant tasting. This tastes foul. Like chemicals and something rotten.
