Part of my routine

I prefer liquid over pill supplements when possible. This is great to take in something like orange juice, but not so good to put in regular water. Definitely add to a beverage to take. Accidently mixed it with another liquid supplement and it was not pleasant.

Easy to take and use

I love this liquid vitamin c. I put it in my Gatorade every morning and sip on it throught the day. It's easy to digest so no heavy bulky powders or big pills to swallow and easy on my tummy to absorb especially with the ionic zinc that's added. Will continue to purchase.
