Steep ¼ teaspoon herbal mixture in 2 ounces hot water until tolerably warm and drink twice daily. May increase to ½ teaspoon and 4 ounces water for a stronger effect. To cleanse the throat, gargle the drink two to three times daily.

Thick

I didnt expect this to be as thick as it was it did not dissolve quickly. Reviews said the taste was not bad, I disagree. It was hard to swallow. Not illegible to return.

Great turmeric mix

I actually love this stuff. Either in hot water every am or in tea! I havent seen any huge differences in my every day, but I know the turmeric mix is so good for you. The flavor isnt bad at all either if you just do it in water.
