stopped using it

At first I thought I was gaining energy from this ... then after 2 wks my very low Blood Pres got so high I was alarmed and in heXX a few days. I stopped this and other new sup I was using (niacinamide) and BP returned to low. Apprx 116/75 I cannot say which it was - but saw online BetaG has caused same in others.

It improves your immune system

I ordered it before after taking antibiotics to improve my immune system.

Not so sure

I see many of the reviews came from people who got free samples. I waited to start taking these and have now lost the return window. I think they upset my stomach. I already take a lot of supplements and have good immunity with a Vit D level over 60. The slight stomach rumbling seems to be on the evenings I've taken these, but I'm not absolutely sure. In general I trust Dr. Mercola and his products. I've learned a lot from him, but I also look for equally good products for less than his prices.
