Quality and dependable results.

Much too bright for me.

I love this lip stain, but the color is just much too bright for me. It does an alright job staying on, but its so bright, I dont feel good wearing it. I feel like it would be much more suited for someone younger. With that being said, it does have nice staying power and looks good on the lips. Just not the color for me.

Right dose for me

I read a study that less is more effective, they said 0.3mg. This is closest I could find to that at 0.5mg. Most melatonin out there is much more, I Id get really strange dream on higher doses. Not with 0.5mg and just as effective.

I can't cope with too high a dose of melatonin. Small amount doesn't become toxic, works great.
