The exact number of capsules to be taken should be determined by blood testing and the advice of a physician. Generally, take one (1) to three (3) capsules in the morning only. It does the job, but it tastes gross

Its good to put in a shake, but after tasting the athletic greens I just cant stand the taste of this product on its own. If you are sensitive with taste, probably best to avoid this one.
