I have to chug it down quickly

I am pleased with the hydration but it tastes terrible! I have to drink it in one quick guzzle and chase it with an entire glass of water. I do appreciate its not loaded with sugar, but they really need to work on the taste.

Product usually okay but seller difficult to contact in case of a problem.

I've ordered this several times with no problem, and product seems to help. But latest order came with box already opened. These are supplements. Sanitation is relevant. Unfortunately, trying to contact the seller to authorize a return or replacement has proved incredibly complicated, time-consuming, and frustrating. Nobody responds.

Dont take if on blood thinners!

This is a good product for many people but if you are taking blood thinners you will bleed under the skin! There should be a warning about this before purchase.
