How to Take Bits :

Take as many servings of bits® a day as you would like to help improve your skin, hair, nails, hunger, weight loss or energy. Take larger quantities for better outcomes or to replace supplements, snacks, meals, fitness fuel or veggies. We generally recommend a minimum of 10 tablets per serving but more is always better and you can also start with fewer tablets.
