Repeats taste

Cant tolerate tasting a pill over and over.

Good. Very efficient: 1,000 servings per bottle

Ive used this for a couple of months with good blood-test results, so it's doing its job. . Noteworthy is its concentration of 2,000 IU per DROP (not per full dropper). So the bottle provides 1,000 servings. That makes it a much better value than most others. I will buy it again.

Expensive

It is expensive to take the 4 capsules (daily dose). Went through the bottle quickly. I personally didn't notice a difference is my sleep nor did I notice much difference in my stress level. Maybe I would have noticed a difference if I could afford to continue taking this product?.

Magnesium

I love this liquid magnesium , its my all time favorite thing . I could not believe I found it on Amazon . It helps me to sleep and I love the taste . It so good for your bones as well.

I drink more water with Dr. Mercolas (H2) hydrogen pill. Whenever Im thirsty, I place one hydrogen pill into a cup of filtered water. My body prefers hydrogen water to bottled water. I am allergic to the hospitals filtered water so I use water from my CLEARLY FILTERED pitcher, which produces water 99.999 percent pure. This water is pure enough to culture yogurt without having to boil it. However, to achieve this degree of purity, the filtered water must not touch the bottom of a filter, else impurities from filter will re-enter the water.
