If I'm going

If I'm going to take digestive enzymes, Pure Encapsulations is a brand I trust. Seems like it might help might food come out a little more digested on the other side... Hard to say for sure.

I was having

I was having a lot of nausea, pain, and/or bloating after I ate. My dietician suggested these and they've helped a lot! I still have to be careful what I eat, but it makes it so much easier to eat out, and I'm in pain much less than before.

I have been

I have been buying Digestive Enzymes Ultra with Betaine HCI for a couple years at the very least, probably longer. These enzymes have been great. And I have always ordered this brand from this seller. The last few bottles that I have received have contained broken capsules and many of the capsules that were not broken are only partially filled. I decided to continue to buy them in hopes it was a fluke or something. I only buy one bottle at a time and I order them about once every month and a half. So this is not a batch issue. I don't know if the manufacturer is trying to cut costs or what is going on, but I do not plan to buy these any longer. I am going back to getting my enzymes from Nature's Sunshine. I can always trust their quality.
