Got terribly sick

I got terribly sick drinking one of these packets. I felt dizzy, sweaty and got a terrible headache after one packet and I usually do ok with all Magnesium's, so either the ingredients in this product are very poor and substandard, or the magnesium packets are overly potent, too strong. So if you are sensitive, even a little sensitive to supplement products I would pass on this one. Seriously, I'm even afraid to give the packets to someone else to try, for fear of their reaction. And there is no returning when the box (the packets come in) is opened, which makes no sense since you have to open the box to try one of the packets.... so that's a big rip-off too. All I can say is Buyer Beware!

My Mental Focus Has Improved

I purchased this product for two reasons. I wanted a boost for my daily mental focus and I wanted a quality product to help with my lifelong struggle with constipation. I've tried many products like CALM and prebiotic. I chose to try this product because how it is made and how I felt my body would metabolize this product. I have not been disappointed. I squeeze the packet into my coffee and it the vanilla cream adds just a nice touch of sweetness. I add just a dab of my normal half and half and it tastes delicious. Since the packet taste is creamy, I use even less half and half. After one month, I felt more pleased with my daily mental focus.
