Works as Stated

I have used this product nearly daily for a couple years & it works as stated. Great for muscle recovery, pre & post workout. Nearly tasteless.

Control how much you use

According to my natropath this powder form allows a higher dose and better absorption than capsules. The taste and grittiness can be masked with tomato juice. I recommend mixing it with a thicker juice rather than water.

Its great for gut healing, and I love that it dissolves in water with no taste. Its very easy to take!
