Great if you have adrenal issues

my MCAS NP recommended this due to the amount of fatigue I've suffered due to my work schedule and medical appointments. Those of us with MCAS may suffer from adrenal fatigue and may not know it. Within a week or who I noticed a difference in my energy levels. These won't jack you up like caffeine or energy drinks, which is why I like them. I was told not to take them within 2 hours of taking something sedative. I take them with my AM meds.
