I really loved the flavor of this tea but I realized that it tends to raise my blood pressure which is a problem for me. I have exhausted adrenals and was told this would help normalize my nervous system but I'm not willing to risk higher blood pressure. Too bad

I suffer from allergies spring and fall, mostly runny, itchy nose, itchy eyes, sneezing etc. I also get sinus infections pretty easily usually when the air pressure drops. Decided to try this as I wanted to avoid the sinus issues: PROS: Yes, it does work. Definitely dries out the nose and stops the itchiness. I take it when I feel that runny itchy feeling coming on (=sinus issues). I need this because I can't be stuck with a congested sinuses for 10 days and feeling miserable, yucky and I avoid antibiotics at all costs! CONS: Prepared to feel so tired!!! Ugh this is what sucks. This drains me all day long. Have no energy AT ALL!! Sucks because it's either sinus problems and feel crappy or feel crappy cause you are so tired and lackluster from this supplement. I've tried taking it at different times of the day and it always makes me feel tired. Decided to only use it in extreme circumstances ie when I feel sinus infection coming on. For regular allergies I will just stick to over the counter.

This is one of my favorite teas I buy it both online and in stores. You dont need to add any sweeteners buy a little honey wont hurt.this really help with upset stomachs or just a good evening time tea.

Great product to use with the Root Cause Protocol. Im using it for my daughter to raise iron levels and balance copper. Great mild flavor. Daughter doesnt love it, but she still takes it because its not bad.
