I don't like Big Pharma, but I hate Big Placebo even more. There is an entire industry dedicated to marketing ineffective supplements to every armchair alchemist and medicine man wannabe on the internet, and this supplement is definitely a product of their unending greed, powered by preying on people trying to help themselves. L-Citrulline, or "the next coming of Viagra" as some of these reviewers would have you believe, is said to help men suffering from ED. Big Placebo has a solution for every problem, make no mistake. I haven't checked, but there's probably some kook on the internet swearing that powdered grape stems can give you x-ray vision. It's an entire realm of pseudoscience, and you have people who create self-made regimens for themselves consisting of starting their day by taking 20-some different "supplements." What a way to live. So, quick trivia: Did you know that one of the leading causes of erectile dysfunction is performance anxiety? In another words, that your inability to get it up is entirely all in your head? Is it any wonder, then, that there are scores of people on here swearing that they took this capsule, put blind and absolute faith in its effectiveness, and suddenly their problem is solved? That's the placebo effect in a nutshell, folks. These men writing rave reviews could have taken a Tic Tac if they truly believed it would work, and it would have had the exact same effect. These work as well as you believe they do. Really believe in it, and have anxiety-caused ED? This'll cure ya, I'm sure. Have anxiety-caused ED but are skeptical? You'll be limper than a wet Kleenex. For anyone whose ED is caused by an actual physical issue, not just mental problems, this is going to do exactly nothing to help you out. My advice? Go get yourself checked for sleep apnea. I'm being dead serious. Even if you aren't overweight. Sleep apnea is an extremely common condition that can have dire consequences on your ability to perform. I got checked, I treated it, and now I'm completely back to normal. But, that was just my situation. And if you don't have sleep apnea, not to worry you sick, but ED can also be caused by heart disease, nerve issues, or any number of things you should be talking to a doctor about rather than Googling solutions on the internet, coming to Amazon, and trying to play armchair pharmacist with yourself. You are wasting your time and hard-earned money by doing this. Please, talk to a professional about your problems. Jimmy4240 on some subreddit isn't a professional because he "read a study somewhere" and "swears by it." Man up, see a doctor, thank me later.
