I did some research and this assists the brain's neurons to find your smell and taste. I lost mine 1 1/2 years ago, trying to get it back.

This product gave me mood swings with outbursts of anger and depression. I stopped taking then tried again and felt angry angry the time, clenching my teeth while I slept.

I tried this on glucose levels as I just got diagnosed with diabetes at an A1C of 7.1. It helped keep my levels from rising or lower them. Took in combo with Berberine from Barberry extract (500mg). Smells funny in your pee after a few hours. But so does asparagus! Lol. Haven't tested cholesterol yet to see if lower. Tasteless.
