I read that black cohosh can help with hot flashes and night sweats and I was having night sweats almost every other, every third night. Drenched, sweaty, gross. I started taking these and by about month 2 my nights had stopped completely. I havent had one in about 4 months now. If youre in the market for something to help with that, this worked for me and I havent noticed any ill side effects since taking it. No flavor to it, easy to swallow.
