Easily fell into my current routine

No side effects and melted into good women health routine I take nothing everyday So a couple of times a week is what works for me

My hot flashes are GONE!

I have tried multiple things to handle these hot flashes, which were stopping me in my tracks. Waking me in the middle of the night in a sweat. They were awful. This, paired with a tumeric capsule, one of each n the morning and again before bed? Gone. Took about a week. Worked fast and results. And I am not one to deal with reviews, but I feel strongly that this is an amazing product

Bad head aches

I really wanted to like these, but it gave me such an awful headache. Had them yesterday and I was unable to fall asleep, took one today and felt so uncomfortable. I felt like I was so irritated for no reason.

Didn’t work for me :/

Others tried as a replacement to Go with the Flo with success due to the price point but this didn’t help for me unfortunately. I’m going back to the other.
