Directions: For max absorption, dissolve under tongue. Can be chewed and swallowed. Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets per 24 hours. Children 4 to 11 years: 1-2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets per 24 hours. Children under 4 years: consult your health professional.

Warnings: If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist or worsen, a health professional should be consulted. Do not use if known sensitivity to T-Relief™ or any of its ingredients exists.

Tamper Evident: Use only if imprinted shrink band around neck and cap is intact.

Helps me avoid regular OTC meds sometimes

I have used T-Relief Arnica +12 tablets before, they seem to help for some types of pain. They probably wouldn't be useful for extreme pain situations, but they can take the edge off of some common pain issues. What I like is that they don't cause dependency or rebound pain like some medications do, and I don't always have to rely on regular OTC or prescription meds for everything.

Seemed to work a little

Was told by my vet to try this for my aging dog because we thought she was suffering from arthritic joint pain. Turned out she had a rapidly growing tumor so for her finals days no relief was seen.

Misleading photo by the misleading photo

Several arnica products here on Amazon's website offer both a topical and a pill form, and numerous reviews say the pain relief improves when using both together. Therefore, when harried Mom in pain and with noisy children running around, sees photo which shows two items she is misled into thinking she is buying two items, both the topical and the pills. Was the misleading photo an accident or deliberate? One has to wonder since this is one of those rare items which is labled "NO returns on this item."

Not in love with this- maybe it's just me

I think this could work for some but it only gives me a headache. Still if you are in pain you may as well try it once. I feel bad dinging this product but didn't work for me. It may for you!
