Lutein is an orange-red carotenoid pigment produced by plants and is present in the diet in colorful fruits and vegetables. In the body, Lutein is one of the predominant pigments concentrated in the macula, a specialized area of the eye that is responsible for central vision.* In addition, it is known to be deposited in the skin.* Lutein's functional role in these vulnerable tissues is to protect against sunlight-induced free radical production.* This product is naturally derived from marigold flowers.

This double strength product has twice the Free Lutein (20 mg) as in NOW's regular strength product (10 mg).

So far so good!

Our pediatrician recommended Magnesium gummies for our 7-year-old to help with constipation and sleep. This is our first bottle, so its hard to say definitively if its really working yet, but both issues have improved some. I decided to take one a day myself along with my son, and while Im not certain of any direct benefits Im reaping, I can say that they taste good and my son likes them too. Ill update my review at a later time if we see more improvements!

My son takes a handful of supplements and just started taking these for constipation. They seem to be working as he is going more frequently. He likes the taste (and they smell pretty good to me!) The consistency is a bit harder than a gummy bear, more like a gummy candy with a light sugary-type coating. He has always taken them quickly and has never complained about the taste or consistency. A winner in my book!

Relaxes kids for bedtime

My 4 year old was getting up in the middle of the night and coming into our bed almost every single night. We werent sleeping at all. I tried kids melatonin and it did not work and it was expensive. I went to a nutrition store and they recommended these magnesium chews and they are great, I even take them. I give it to the kids an hour before bedtime. It relaxes them and gets them ready for bed.
