I genuinely feel so much better when I take this product, it helps me focus and get things done. I don't just use it for focusing because it does so much more than that.

This is the only product Ive found that works for me. The problem is in the inconsistency of availability. I hope they are able to produce this item more consistently in the future. In the meantime Im stashing whatever I can find.

Great for memory AND improved mood.

We can't say enough about Now Food's True Focus. My husband has taken it for years, it's GREAT for his memory problems. He knows it works because if he forgets to take it for a few days, we both notice the difference. I started taking it several months ago hoping it would improve my depression and in 2 weeks time, the effects were very noticable. I now take 1 every morning and my mood is definitely improved.
