Better than the powder

I prefer the pill form to the powder. Take it with all my other vitamins and not have to worry it alter the taste of my food with the powder

Easy to eat!

I strongly dislike taking pills and minerals are generally in pill form, which is why I was relieved when I saw these magnesium gummies from chapter one. I've also had their fiber and apple cider gummies before, which I'd also recommend! The bottle designs are cute too, just feel so friendly and happy :)
