I see many others benefitted from this product, which is basically sulfur. Unfortunately, I tried and stopped and tried and stopped a couple times to prove it was this supplement making me sick. It basically gave me awful flu like symptoms and massive fatigue every time I took it. The stomach issues listed in the side effects were legit, it also caused me to become extremely weak and fatigued and aches through my entire body. It was hard to concentrate or do anything. Maybe I am allergic to it, but I will not be taking again. Once I stopped it took about 24 hours for the symptoms to subside. I never was able to take it long enough to see if there were benefits, but it definitely made me feel worse in every way the short time I took it. I recommend Turmeric with black Pepper instead if looking for something to fight inflammation

Helps with hair growth

As far as helping with pain I didn't notice any relief with pain but they are really growing my hair
