I got this on the recommendation of a friend who swears by it for sleep. It seemed OK the first night, but has not helped my sleep since then. I didn't have any side effects like grogginess the next day, so it seems pretty benign to try it out.

I have tried these for a couple of weeks now, and they don't seem to work for me at all. I am so disappointed - I am tired of living on Tums for heartburn and indigestion! I have tried taking 1 "at the start of my meal" as the bottle says, sometimes a little before my meal, and I still get awful heartburn! Sometimes I get increase bloating and indigestion as well! I have tried taking it after the fact since some people seem to have found relief with it that way, and still nothing. I end up always going back to grabbing 2-3 Tums instead! I really wished it would have worked for me. I was on PPIs for about 8 years and then with the help of my doctor, got off them. Then started using Zantac before its active ingredient was taken off the market. Now my only choices are Pepcid and Tums, which are only minorly effective. Over the last few months, it seems my symptoms have gotten worse. I really need something that will work for heartburn, indigestion, and gas/bloating. I am tired of the discomfort from eating the smallest amount of food!

It makes fall asleep fast without any bad reaction or side efect.

Great product, the chocolate flavor container should have 30 servings to last a month not 25. May try the non chocolate or look for different product.
