I ordered this for help with occasional episodes of high blood pressure (I'm overweight and have a 12 year old in the house). This was a great alternative to the terrifying prescription meds the doctors keep pushing, and it definitely works. I started on May 16, 2022 so that's about three weeks, and I am amazingly calm - haven't screamed in three weeks either... I feel nice, kinder than usual. I definitely feel a sense of "relaxation" in my body and blood pressure was ok too. But... for the last two weeks my blood sugar has been creeping up to the point of alarm and my face has started looking like Porky Pig. I am a plump grandma with type 2 diet controlled diabetes. After much research and reading L-Citrulline studies on rats and humans, I'm doing exactly what the rats (and humans) did, increased blood sugar and some weight gain, so I will be weaning down and searching a better way to utilize this suppliment. Aside from this disappointment, It certainly did what I needed.

This product no longer worked for me, in fact it exacerbated my anxiety. I have been using this product through several formula changes, even since it was called Neurexan. Some of the earlier formula changes subtly altered its effectiveness, but it still did basically what it was supposed to. It USED to: very gently relax you during the day and encourage sleep at night. It no longer does any of this: quite the opposite. It made me feel more anxious and I had to stop using it. I compared the ingredients and this made sense, because this time it was drastically altered. Number one, I ordered it like I have been for years, assuming it would be the same product under the same name. It wasn't. Number two, I (and other people who counted on it) am left with no alternative for something I used to rely on to help me. At least I know homeopathy functions beyond the placebo effect, because something worked that no longer does, and I knew this before I knew the formula changed. But this is little consolation: I was not conducting a study, I just needed something that worked. Thank you.
