I like them easy to take and work well

This the third time I have purchased this product. I really like the product. However all 3 times the the top of the dropper fails. It starts to come out and leaks. The first 2 times I purchased a new dropper. This time the dropper started leaking after only 2 week. I am very disappointed.

It says both. I dont swallow big pills, so grinding them up instead.

Normally I am a huge fan of doctor Axe and his line of supplements but I have to admit that this one was a little disappointing, at least compared to his other high quality supplements I have tried in the past. I am very familiar and well versed with tumeric supplements like this because I have been taking them for years religiously on a daily basis. I have an inflammation disorder which causes body wide pain and stiffness. Tumeric has greatly improved the quality of my life and I have been able to reduce the amount of Anti-inflammatory meds I have to take when I take tumeric every day. Unfortunately, the first thing I don't particularly like about this product is that the serving size, which is one tablet, is not very concentrated. I usually take no less than 1500 mg daily to see results. Since beginning to take this at the one tablet serving size I have noticed a great increase in my joint pain. You really need to take 2 of these tablets, which would give you 1600 mg., for it to be effective, at least if you are using this for pain relief. If you took 2 tablets a-day this bottle would only provide you with 15 days worth common which would be very pricey when considering the price. The other issue I have is that there are quite a bit of thickeners and fillers in here, compared to other tumeric supplements on a used to using. I feel these are unnecessary. On the plus side, I am glad that they have included fermented black pepper fruit in the formula. This is a big redeeming value because this ingredient is absolutely necessary when taking a tumeric supplement because your body needs it to sufficiently absorb the beneficial properties. Also, I do like that these ingredients are fermented, which means their beneficial properties are amplified and your body can absorb them much easier.
