I hadn’t had my period for over 9 months. After consistently taking these capsules for 3 months, my period came back. I notice that my moods are much better while taking these. They do an amazing job balancing out my hormones. We are also trying to get pregnant, so we’ll see how that goes!

Broke out in deep cystic ache

Unfortunately I thought this would make my skin glow but I went from clear skin with little brake outs around my period, to deep cystic acne like I’ve never had before after 2 weeks of taking the pills. Not to mention I was taking naps everyday because I was so tired. As soon as I got off the pills my face started clearing up and my energy was back. I know it’s different for everyone, but it’s not the pill for me. Basically did the opposite of what it claimed.

Titanium dioxide

I ended up getting refunded by Amazon because I saw that there was titanium dioxide in the product, why on earth is there titanium dioxide (cancer causing) in a dietary supplement that is supposed to promote health? The substance should not be in there. People have stopped buying products to the point of companies noticing, why on earth would you put this in a supplement? In case people wanted to avoid this I wrote a review so I hope this helps those who want to avoid it.

insanely helpful for someone who has had PCOS and fertility problems, post partum i needed something to help regularity- and while it hasn't fully helped 100% it has helped with bloating and everything else. will continue monthly to see if acne and regularity improves over more time

Love these!

I noticed an increase in my energy level and improvement in my acne after taking these regularly. The only downside is that the dose is 4 capsules so they don’t last very long for the price but I do like these and will continue to buy them.
