These are quite large but due to the coating they aren’t hard to swallow. Unfortunately I was not able to discern any difference after taking them, either for pain or inflammation. And yes I followed the instructions.

Followed instructions on bottle as per doctor and worked great to alleviate back pain. Used for only four months and now waiting to see if results last.

I was not consistent as I couldn't seem to remember while having a completely empty stomach. So now I keep them by my bedside and I typically wake up for a drink of water or pee in the middle of the night, so I just take them then and the consistent taking them makes a massive difference!! I was able to go for a hike and going for a simple stroll now is something I don't have to think about, let alone lament! Worth every penny!! (I take 3 pills just once a day(night).

Can't say enough about how these little gems have helped me manage starting arthritis in my knees. Yes, it's a bit of a pain in the tush to have to plan for 45 minutes between my morning dose and breakfast, but I'll gladly make it work for how much better I feel going about my day. Consistency is key with these! Takes about a week-ish to start feeling impact.

I started out ok for a couple months and it helped joint pain a little, then started having severe side effects and had to discontinue taking. Definitely the Wobenzyme, the stomach pain and diarrhea went away after I quit taking it.
