Works as intended

You want about 5g of L-Cit for preworkout. Sometimes I don't want all the caffeine in my pre though. So, I use this to make sure I get that 5g regardless of how much pre (if any) I take. Taking only this and a caffeine pill proves to be about as effective as any pre-workout I've used.
