I used this sugar when i first started keto, even though im not really doing keto anymore Im still doing very low to no sugar and this is perfect for my coffee and for recipes that call for sugar without the guilt

I like it not grainy and easy to add to your baking or cooking dishes great taste.

If you're looking for the finest powdered sugar on earth this may the one. Its so fine it poofs into your face when you open it. I wish I had a picture for you. Great product and worth the money but be careful where you breathe or it might blow away!

I am so grateful to have a sweetener that does not influence my blood sugar, as I have a long sweet tooth. I bought both the confectioner's style as well as the granulated version, and the confectioner's seems to dissolve much faster in my tea. The granulated has a pleasing, sugar-like texture and crunch. Both cost a lot, but isn't that the way? I can get the sugar-like version at some.stores, but not the powdered version. I cannot wait to make buttercreme icing again. (Sweet tooth!) One downside is that the flavor needs adjustment, so I have to measure and use trial and error to get the just right amount of sweet vs. too sweet and chemically tasting.

I love the flavor and consistency of this, I havent baked anything with it but I like to use it in tea, sprinkle it on grapefruit, and mix it with cinnamon on toast. Erythritol has become my go to sugar replacement and I like this brand.
