I love this supplement, I trust this man’s company with my whole heart so while it is, in my opinion quite expensive, it is a quality product and I absolutely notice a difference when taking these. Also, it makes my body CRAVE fruits and veggies like never before which is amazing.

If it did me any good, I can't say. Didn't seem like it. But I really like Stamets.

Inoffensive. Easy to swallow. For me, personally, I didn't notice the energy boost. Physiologically, it may have been helpful, but I have no way of knowing it. Espresso gets the job done more effectively.
