Great product

Great taste! Ive also noticed it helps with my headaches after sitting on my computer all day for school, will buy this product again

My 12 year old actually likes the taste

We were told by the ophthalmologist that we should start our child on a supplement to help reduce the negative effects of screen blue light (which has been shown to damage the cells in the retina). We found these and are giving them a try. He takes one every day before dinner. He likes the taste, and by the end of the first week, he now asks me if he can take his "pill" if I ever forget to give it to him. As for the long term effects, as with any supplemental treatment, you really don't know how much it will help. A better treatment in this case is to simply limit the device screen time, which we've also implemented.
