This is a great vitamin. Easy to take. Works well. Regularly use the B and D vitamins in this line. Makes vitamins so easy to take on the go without water. Wish the brand offerred more varieties (ex: Vitamin C, B6, etc.). Highly recommend

These are sublingual tablets. They are gritty. I felt that it left a residue behind. I ended up purchasing a different product
