Smelly and Hard to Swallow

I liked the fact that the vitamins are formulated from food-not chemicals and they were packed in a dark colored glass jar. The pills, which are hard capsules, were much larger than I expected. I found them to be hard to swallow. They were also smelly and they turned dark after a time out of the jar.
