It is produced through a multistep process involving the extraction, purification, and concentration resulting in a vitamin D3 cholecalciferol with the same molecular structure and conformation as cholecalciferol derived from lanolin or fish. It is the only plant-derived source of vitamin D3 that has been accepted by the UK Vegan Society.*

Small dose, but otherwise good

At first I thought this did nothing when I took the serving size 1 capsule daily. My doctor asked the mg and said I should be taking 3. (1 for general nutritional supplementing, but 3 for various therapeutic dosing). And that helps! Of course that makes it 3 times more expensive per bottle, compared to the monthly cost I calculated, so when this is out Ill switch back to the calms powder.

They were the best protein bars that I found. Unfortunately they are not available I understood in the summer here in Florida anymore due to the heat .

Convenient way to boost Vitamin D

My annual check up at the doctor indicated low Vitamin D in my system. I have been using this for two months and look forward to my next lab panel to see the effects. I like the use of a dropper versus a bottle where you have to "squeeze" the whole bottle to obtain the right number of drops. Some users of this product objected to the bottle being "half full". My bottle was half full as well. However, how full the bottle is has no bearing on the product quantity. 10ml is about 1 US Tablespoon. That is roughly how much was in my bottle upon delivery. If the bottle size matched the volume of the liquid sold, they might not be able to use a dropper as the bottle would be too small.

Great for sleep and anxiety!

I deal with anxiety and my doctor recommended I give a magnesium supplement a try. After doing a lot of research on supplement companies I settled on this one and have been really impressed. I take this at night and it helps me fall asleep faster and I notice the next day my anxiety level is not as high as it normally is. Overall its been a huge tool in helping me with my physical and mental health. Highly recommend!
